The Amaztim M3 Ultra is the higher model to the vanilla Amaztim M3. Both models share the same specifications and appearance, with the only difference being the introduction of built-in GPS in the M3 Ultra.

The Amaztim M3 Ultra features IP69K and MIL-STD-810H certifications for rugged durability. It has a TC4 titanium unibody that is corrosion-resistant, 5ATM waterproof up to 50 meters, and is anti-scratch and anti-drop resistant. It is also certified to operate in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C.

The smartwatch measures 56 × 43 × 12.8 mm and weighs 75.4 grams. It has a 1.96-inch AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 410 x 502 pixels, a 16:9 aspect ratio, and a pixel density of 331 PPI. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, which has a 9H Mohs hardness rating.
