The Doogee V40 Pro, announced in September 2024 and released in October 2024, is the latest flagship model succeeding the V30 Pro from last year. It supports a wide range of network technologies, including 4G, and 5G bands. The phone is designed to endure tough environments with IP68/IP69K and MIL-STD-810H certifications, offering water, dust, and shock resistance.

The device features a 6.78-inch IPS touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. It also includes a 1.47-inch rear display kept stylishly on the back. The entire design and style look more appealing than the older V30 series.

The V40 Pro runs on Android 14 with Doogee OS 4.0, and it is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 7300 5G chipset. This 4nm SoC has an octa-core processor maxed at 2.5GHz, and a Mali-G615 MC2 GPU.

The phone comes with 16GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, expandable up to 2TB via an SD card. It also supports virtual RAM up to 20GB, which is actually the reason Doogee is advertising 36GB RAM.

The camera setup includes a quad lenses on the rear. These includes a 200MP main camera, a 20MP night vision camera with dual infrared flash, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.

The front camera is 32MP. Doogee also developed what it calls Morpho AI enhancement which brings improved image output both day or night.

As for connectivity, you are getting both the traditional Wi-Fi 2.4G and 5G, as well as WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and USB Type-C. Navigation is supported by GPS, Glonass, Galileo, and Beidou. The phone also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, accelerometer, proximity sensor, and light sensor.

The Doogee V40 Pro is equipped with an 8680mAh non-removable battery that supports 33W fast charging. It is available in Silver and Blue. The table below contains the full specifications.
