Hammer Blade 5G
This is Hammer Blade 5G, the first 5G rugged smartphone from Poland-based Hammer. The device features a 6.3-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a 19:9 aspect ratio. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5, making it resistant to scratches and drops.
The phone is built to handle tough environments, with IP69 and Mil-STD-810G ratings for water, dust, and drop resistance up to 1.2 meters. Its dimensions are 167.7 x 78.2 x 13.7 mm, and it weighs 270 grams. The Blade 5G has a hybrid dual SIM (eSIM or Nano-SIM, dual stand-by) setup.
The Blade 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 720 chipset and it runs on Google Android 11 out of the box. It comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
The camera system includes a triple-camera setup: a 48MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 13MP ultrawide lens, and a 20MP night camera. The front camera is 16MP. Both front and rear cameras support 1080p video recording at 30fps, with the rear setup including an LED flash.
For connectivity, the Blade 5G offers Bluetooth 5.1, dual-band WiFi, USB Type-C, and NFC. Navigation is supported by A-GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou. Additional features include a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, accelerometer, and proximity sensor.
