The Hotwav Cyber 15 was announced and released in April 2024. This rugged smartphone has IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810H certifications, providing resistance against water, dust, and drops from up to 1.2 meters. It measures 174.6 x 82.3 x 12.8 mm and weighs 292 grams.

The Cyber 15 features a 6.6-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 520 nits brightness. The screen resolution is 1080 x 2408 pixels, with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 401 PPI. It also includes a 1.45-inch secondary rear screen.

The device runs on Google Android 13 and is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, with an octa-core CPU and Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, expandable up to 2TB using the SIM2 slot.
