This is the IIIF150 Air3, a rugged smartphone designed for outdoor lovers or extreme smartphone users. It came along with the F150 B3, and features a 6.6-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels. The device is built to withstand harsh conditions, thanks to it IP68 and IP69K ratings as well as MIL-STD-810H certification. It is also tested to function properly under extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to 80°C.

The Air3 runs on Google Android 14 out of the box, and it is powered by the MediaTek Helio G96 chipset, an octa-core CPU paired with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The device comes with 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage, expandable up to 2TB via a microSD card, which uses the SIM2 slot.

The camera setup includes a dual rear configuration with a 100MP main sensor and a 20MP night vision sensor, supported by triple LED flash and the OWLMAGE system for enhanced photography. The 32MP front camera offers a fixed-focus option for selfies, with video recording capabilities at 1080p@30fps.
