The Kyocera Torque G06 is a rugged smartphone specifically designed for the Japanese market. It was launched in October 2023 and shares the same specifications as the Kyocera DuraForce Pro 3, which is tailored for the American market.

The Torque G06 is built to endure extreme conditions just like it American counterpart. It has IPX5/IPX8 water resistance, IP6X dust resistance, and MIL-STD-810H certification for durability. It is drop-resistant up to 2 meters and can operate in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +60°C.

This device comes with a 5.38-inch OLED touchscreen, with a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and 431 PPI density. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, for added durability.

On the inside, there is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset as well as Google Android 14. It is equipped with 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of internal storage, expandable up to 1TB via a dedicated SD card slot.

For photography, the Torque G06 features a triple rear camera system, including a 64MP main sensor, a 16MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. The front-facing camera is 8MP with an 84.3° field of view.
