Samsung Galaxy Tab Active LTE
This is the LTE version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active. So unlike the Wi-Fi-only variant, this model supports a SIM card slot, hence it is 2G, 3G, and 4G enabled. However, apart from the above, every other specification remains the same across the board.
It remains a rugged tablet designed for outdoor use and comes in an 8-inch display with a resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels. Under the hood, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with four core CPUs clocked at 1.2 GHz and paired with 1.5GB of RAM.
On the camera wing, the Galaxy Tab Active LTE is equipped with a 3.15-megapixel rear-facing camera with autofocus and LED flash, capable of recording 720p videos at 30 frames per second.
Additionally, there is a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. The device runs on the same Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system and offers 16GB of internal storage, similar to the WiFi-only version.
Like its sibling, the Galaxy Tab Active LTE is got IP67 certification, making it resistant to dust and water immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. It is also equipped with a removable 4450mAh Li-Ion battery, making it easier to switch power during longer adventures.
